Thank you for your interest in Police Federal Credit Union’s Deposit Raffle contest. By entering the Raffle, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Some restrictions apply. Void where prohibited. The Holiday Raffle runs from 8:00 a.m. EST on November 21, 2025, until 6:00 p.m. EST on December 16, 2025. Raffle is sponsored by Police Federal Credit Union (“PFCU”).
Eligibility. The raffle is open to Police Federal Credit Union members who are over 18 years of age as of the beginning of the raffle. Officers, directors, and employees of the PFCU are not eligible. Raffle is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
How to Enter. Entrants can make a deposit of $500.00 or greater to their PFCU Share or Share Draft account, open a new PFCU deposit account, or apply for a new PFCU loan during the entry period. Deposit must be in U.S. currency cash, check, cashier’s check, or money order. Participants must enter to win between 8:00 a.m. EST on November 21, 2025, until 6:00 p.m. EST on December 16, 2025.
Winners, Prizes, and Odds. One (1) winner will be chosen on December 17, 2025, for the following prize, for a total of one (1) winner. The winner will receive one (1) Nintendo® Switch 2 gaming device. Prize will be awarded in person by respective winner.
The Winners are responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes imposed on the Prize and may be required, as a condition of receiving a Prize, to provide PFCU their Social Security number for any applicable tax report filing. Odds of winning depends on the number of raffle entries.
Notification. Winners will be notified by email (or telephone, where applicable). In the event of non-compliance of these Official Rules, or if the prize is unclaimed in 30 days or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner determined by the sponsor.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: BY PARTICIPATING, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT POLICE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO THE ENTRANTS OR OTHERS FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, OF ANY KIND OR NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE DEPOSIT RAFFLE OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR ENJOYMENT OF ANY PRIZE.
SPONSOR ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR ENTRIES THAT ARE STOLEN, MISDIRECTED, INCOMPLETE, DELAYED BY COMPUTER TRANSMISSIONS, LOST, LATE, MISDIRECTED, ILLEGIBLE, OR MUTILATED. SPONSOR IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION, WHETHER CAUSED BY WEBSITE USERS OR BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THE CONTEST OR BY ANY TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR WHICH MAY OCCUR IN THE PROCESSING OF SUBMISSIONS IN THE CONTEST. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO CANCEL, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND THE CONTEST. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Publicity and Release. You understand and agree that by entering into the contest, PFCU may use and/or publish your name, voice, picture, likeness and biographical data and/or any other information contained in your contest entry. PFCU may use and/or publish this information in advertising, promotional, and marketing materials without additional compensation to you. Such publication may include disclosure of your information in print, and/or internet broadcast. In addition, by entering, you consent to being photographed, filmed, taped and/or interviewed about the contest. You grant full permission and consent to PFCU to use any of the results of such photographing, filming, taping, and/or interviewing in any and all media now known or later devised and release PFCU from all liability related to such publication.
Governing Law. This agreement is subject to all applicable Maryland, federal, and local laws. To the extent any portion of this release and agreement violates such laws, that portion shall be deemed null and void, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
Miscellaneous. Contest prizes are non-transferable, and prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash, except upon the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All decisions of Sponsor with respect to the contest are final. Payment of any and all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner(s).
Right to Cancel or Modify the Contest. At Police Federal Credit Union’s discretion, it reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems bring into question the integrity of the contest.
Terms & Conditions. Police Federal Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond PFCU’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the campaign. In such case, PFCU may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by PFCU. PFCU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the campaign or website or violates these terms & conditions. PFCU has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the campaign, to void votes raffles for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, PFCU reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
