90th Anniversary

*Police Federal Credit Union will hold a raffle and select nine random members as the grand prize winners. Winners will receive a cruise certificate valid for two persons for a five-day, four-night cruise aboard select cruises. Members can qualify for the raffle by having booked a consumer loan with Police FCU (new or used auto, secured loan, unsecured loan, or home equity) in the past 90 days leading up to the day of the branch event, opened a new Share Savings or checking account within the past 90 days leading up to the event, or having a direct deposit of $500 per month within the past 90 days leading up to the event. Members who open a new checking or Share Savings account OR apply for any Police FCU loan the day of the branch event(s) will also earn a raffle entry. One raffle entry per member allowed. Winners will be announced within 10 business days after the events have concluded. Rules and restrictions apply. Some restrictions apply. Void where prohibited. The Deposit Raffle runs from 8:00 a.m. EST on September 9, 2025, until 6:00 p.m. EST on September 12, 2025. Raffle is sponsored by Police Federal Credit Union (“PFCU”).

Eligibility. The raffle is open to Police Federal Credit Union members who are over 18 years of age as of the beginning of the raffle. Officers, directors, and employees of the PFCU are not eligible. Raffle is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

How to Enter. Entrants must have either by having booked a consumer loan with Police FCU (new or used auto, secured loan, unsecured loan, or home equity) in the past 90 days leading up to the day of the branch event, opened a new Share Savings or checking account within the past 90 days leading up to the event, or having a direct deposit of $500 per month within the past 90 days leading up to the event. Any member who applies for any Police FCU loan or opens a Share Savings or checking account on the day(s) of the branch events will also receive an entry into the raffle.

Winners, Prizes, and Odds. Nine (9) winners will be chosen on or around September 15, 2025. The winner will receive one (1) 5 Day – 4 Night Cruise.  Prize will be awarded in person to respective winner.

The Winners are responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes imposed on the Prize and may be required, as a condition of receiving a Prize, to provide PFCU their Social Security number for any applicable tax report filing.

Notification. Winners will be notified by email (or telephone, where applicable).  In the event of non-compliance of these Official Rules, or if the prize is unclaimed in 30 days or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner determined by the sponsor.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: BY PARTICIPATING, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT POLICE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO THE ENTRANTS OR OTHERS FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, OF ANY KIND OR NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE DEPOSIT RAFFLE OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR ENJOYMENT OF ANY PRIZE. 

SPONSOR ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR ENTRIES THAT ARE STOLEN, MISDIRECTED, INCOMPLETE, DELAYED BY COMPUTER TRANSMISSIONS, LOST, LATE, MISDIRECTED, ILLEGIBLE, OR MUTILATED. SPONSOR IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION, WHETHER CAUSED BY WEBSITE USERS OR BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THE CONTEST OR BY ANY TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR WHICH MAY OCCUR IN THE PROCESSING OF SUBMISSIONS IN THE CONTEST. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO CANCEL, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND THE CONTEST. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SHOULD SPONSOR CHOOSE NOT TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, IT SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THAT PROVISION.

Publicity and Release. You understand and agree that by entering into the contest, PFCU may use and/or publish your name, voice, picture, likeness and biographical data and/or any other information contained in your contest entry. PFCU may use and/or publish this information in advertising, promotional, and marketing materials without additional compensation to you. Such publication may include disclosure of your information in print, and/or internet broadcast. In addition, by entering, you consent to being photographed, filmed, taped and/or interviewed about the contest. You grant full permission and consent to PFCU to use any of the results of such photographing, filming, taping, and/or interviewing in any and all media now known or later devised and release PFCU from all liability related to such publication.

Governing Law. This agreement is subject to all applicable Maryland, federal, and local laws. To the extent any portion of this release and agreement violates such laws, that portion shall be deemed null and void, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

Miscellaneous. Contest prizes are non-transferable, and prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash, except upon the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All decisions of Sponsor with respect to the contest are final. Payment of any and all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner(s).

Right to Cancel or Modify the Contest. At Police Federal Credit Union’s discretion, it reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems bring into question the integrity of the contest.

Terms & Conditions. Police Federal Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond PFCU’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the campaign. In such case, PFCU may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by PFCU. PFCU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the campaign or website or violates these terms & conditions. PFCU has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the campaign, to void votes raffles for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, PFCU reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
