If you have an insurance policy with TruStage Insurance, you can file a claim using one of two options:

- Contact the Claims Contact Center directly at 800.356.2644
Policy Servicing
The service contact centers are available at 800.356.2644.
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm ET
- Temporary Saturday servicing support is available from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm ET
Members who need servicing assistance should continue contacting the servicing center or use the online forms available through the outage hub at www.trustage.com/outage.
Policy Billing
Members wishing to make a payment may continue using available payment options or mail payments using the instructions available on the outage hub at www.trustage.com/outage.
